SOUTH COOGEE

Seaside luxury home, 2018

In progress: KR8's expertise in raw concrete finishes led to our commission to build this six-storey cliff-top home. Initial concept and DA by Renato D'Ettorre Architects. Interiors by distinguished Geoform Design Architects.

BALMAIN

House renovation, 2018

In progress: KR8 are proud to manage the design and build of this four bedroom home and studio garage. A modern passive energy building in a heritage area. Our team worked with the client and Nick Bell Architects to get the most out or this 232 square metre site.

COOKS RIVER

Riverside residence, 2016

This expansive home in Earlwood showcases our ability to work with finished concrete, among other fine finishes. It was a real pleasure to build this masterpiece in design by architects KANNFINCH.

BEXLEY

Townhouse development, 2018

In progress: KR8 are redeveloping this perfectly positioned residential site. Seven boutique townhouses across two levels, located minutes to beaches, transport and schools.

EARLWOOD

Kanangra appartments, 2015

KR8 commissioned Candalepas Associates to bring this fantastic riverside site to life. The appartments are carefully crafted to frame north facing views over the river and parklands. High-end finishes have been used throughout.

MINTO

Factory, 2017

KR8 was commissioned to create a new premises for a printing company in western Sydney. Out team managed the project from brief through to completion.

WOOLLAHRA

Blue ribbon manor, 2010

KR8 crafted this peaceful haven over four light filled levels. The home has been appointed with finishes of the highest quality. Design by Tobias Partners.
